We will perform a monthly visit to your property for a complete check of the interior and exterior. We prepare your property before your arrival and again after your departure. A monthly report will be sent by email to the owners informing them of the status of their property.
It may be a reasonable option to cut your expenses by renting out your home when otherwise not in use. If you are interested we are more than glad to fill you in on the details, and can also assist you in finding tenants for when your house stands vacant.
If you choose to rent out your property, we will arrange for a welcome package to be left at the premises.
Should your tenants require assistance during your stay with lost keys or broken pipelines, we provide a 24-hour contact number with reliable tradesmen standing ready to make necessary repair works. We also offer an airport meet-and-greet service allowing us to meet your tenants at the airport and drop them to the property, also explaining the surrounding area.
